Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the Mailvovo service and its email authentication diagnostic tools.

Acceptance of Terms

By using Mailvovo, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

Mailvovo provides free tools for email authentication and domain health diagnostics, including DNS checks, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI-related checks, email header analysis, report analysis, and live email authentication testing.

Permitted Use

You may use Mailvovo to check domains, records, headers, reports, and messages that you are authorized to evaluate. You are responsible for the information you submit and for how you use the results.

Prohibited Use

Diagnostic Information Only

Mailvovo provides diagnostic information based on available DNS, message and report evidence. Results are informational and may be incomplete, delayed, or affected by external systems.

No Deliverability Guarantee

Mailvovo does not guarantee deliverability, inbox placement, sender reputation, or mailbox-provider treatment. Passing SPF, DKIM and DMARC does not guarantee inbox placement.

No DNS or Provider Guarantee

DNS data, provider behavior, public policy files, and mailbox-provider responses can change. Mailvovo cannot guarantee that third-party DNS, email providers, or mailbox services will behave in a specific way.

Service Availability

Mailvovo may change, pause, limit, or discontinue parts of the service. The service may be unavailable because of maintenance, network issues, provider outages, or abuse prevention.

Third-Party Services

Mailvovo relies on infrastructure and external evidence sources such as DNS, email routing, public web endpoints, Cloudflare, Hostinger, and browser capabilities. Third-party services are outside Mailvovo's control.

Intellectual Property

Mailvovo, its design, content, and tool interfaces are provided as part of the Mailvovo service. Do not copy or misuse the service branding or interface in a way that creates confusion.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Mailvovo is provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mailvovo makes no warranties about accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mailvovo is not liable for losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service or diagnostic results.

Changes to the Service

Mailvovo may add, remove, or change tools, limits, data sources, features, and documentation over time.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated when the service changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
