Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Mailvovo processes information for email authentication and domain health diagnostics.

Information we process

Mailvovo processes the information needed to run the tool you choose. Depending on the tool, this may include a domain name, DNS record value, pasted email headers, uploaded DMARC report files, or a temporary live email test session.

Tool input data

Many tools run in your browser or send only the normalized domain or record value needed for a diagnostic request. Mailvovo does not require an account to use the current tools.

Live Email Authentication Test data

The Live Email Authentication Test generates a temporary address and receives one real email for analysis. For that session, Mailvovo stores the session id, token-derived recipient address, status, timestamps, sender/from address, subject, Message-ID, parsed authentication result, and raw email headers needed to display the analysis.

Mailvovo reads and stores headers for this diagnostic workflow. The implementation is designed to analyze header evidence, not to store the email body.

Browser storage

The Live Email Authentication Test uses browser sessionStorage to keep the current test session id so the page can restore results after a refresh. Other tools may use browser memory or local client processing for the current interaction.

Cookies

Mailvovo does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies in the application code. Browser or hosting infrastructure may still use standard technical mechanisms required to serve the site.

Analytics and ads

Mailvovo does not currently include analytics tracking or advertising integrations in the application code.

Infrastructure providers

Mailvovo uses Cloudflare for Worker API, Email Routing, DNS-related runtime infrastructure and D1 storage used by the Live Email Authentication Test. The static website is deployed through Hostinger. These providers process data as needed to deliver the service.

Why data is processed

Data is processed to run requested diagnostics, display results, support temporary live email sessions, protect the service from malformed input, and troubleshoot service behavior.

Data retention

Live email test sessions include an expiresAt timestamp and are shown as expired after the allowed window. This is a logical expiration and status behavior. The current implementation does not include a separate scheduled physical deletion job for D1 records.

Security

Mailvovo limits collection to diagnostic needs and avoids account requirements for current tools. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so avoid submitting information that is not needed for the diagnostic task.

Third-party services

Some diagnostics use public DNS, safe HTTP checks for relevant policy files, browser-side file processing, Cloudflare infrastructure, and Hostinger website hosting. Mailvovo does not use third-party advertising or analytics services in the current application code.
